I don't have photo ID. Can I still get pierced?


If you are over 16 you will need photo ID to get pierced. If you are 14+ you will need a parent or guardian to give their consent. They will need to bring photo ID for themselves and a passport or photo ID for you.




How old do I need to be to get pierced?


We pierce from 16+ for ear, navel and facial piercings with your own photo ID. Nipple piercings are 18+ with your own photo ID. Ear, navel and facial piercings from 14 with parental consent and photo ID from both of you.




Can I get pierced during the Covid-19 pandemic?


Yes! but you will need to read our new regulations below: Please wear a mask to your appointment. If you do not have one, we can provide one for a small fee. Please come alone to your appointment unless you are under 16. One parent or guardian may accompany you if you are under 16. Hand washing and sanitiser is available and will be required prior to any services.




Is my college card/bank card etc a valid form of ID?


No. We will only accept recognised forms of identification. Passport/driving license/student card (with photo and DOB) and Citizen card on the day of the piercing. Your parent will be required to sign our consent form and show photo ID.




I need to cancel my appointment...


No problem. You can call us on 01906 745171 during our hours of operation or message us via social media. Refunds will only be given for cancellations with at least 24 hours notification.




What do you recommend for aftercare?


We recommend a sterile saline spray. We sell Neilmed sterile saline spray for £7 but any pharmacy will stock a sterile saline spray.
